So I changed my credit card and want to add it to my Paypal. But there is exotic issue that I have never expected to appear - Paypal is not able to acknowledge that I have not only street number but also flat number. This is the address on my bank account that the card is associated with and by giving not full address, the card is declined. Also, in my country, postal codes have "-" between numbers, it also seems to be too fantasy feature for Paypal system therefore I am unable to put correct postal code. Amazing service! -.-
Kindly explain someone how to add a card if for this weird system flat numbers and proper postal codes do not exist. By the way, bravo to those who invented this system, you did great job in making people hate Paypal and stay away from this.
