I'm a PayPal business user based in India. We scanned through the whole PayPal dashboard but couldn't find an option to add our GSTIN in the PayPal account.
The monthly GST invoices that PayPal is generating do not mention our GSTIN. This is why we are unable to enjoy our GST rebate. And It is a serious concern.
I tried everything but couldn't get the answer to my question. We Please help.
Hello, We need to have the GSTIN of both PayPal and ours mentioned on the monthly GST invoices (that PayPal issues) in order to enjoy the GST rebate as per the Government rules. Without the GST numbers of both parties mentioned on the invoice, the GST that PayPal is charging becomes an expense for the merchant. Please help.

Thank you for the reply. I checked 'Account Owner Information' section, unfortunately, there is no option or field related to GST. Seems like PayPal is unaware of the taxation norms of India. Merchants have a legal right of claiming monthly GST rebate of the GST amount they are paying to PayPal. What's the point of paying hefty GST every month to PayPal as an Indian merchant? The monthly invoices must have merchant's GSTIN mentioned. No excuse. On the other hand, the Customer Support portal simply redirects to PayPal account home. There is no way to directly connect with PayPal support or raise a ticket. Please help.
