How to change account name to a different language

I would like to change my account name from my language to another language its the same name but just a different language, I wanna make it so everyone will understand.

Your name on PayPal must match what is on your photo ID/passport/bank account/card account if PayPal ever asks to verify your identity to avoid account ban. You can use English and Foreign language name on the shipping address at merchant website.

How to Change the Language on a PayPal Account
Navigate to the PayPal website on your Web browser, sign in to your account and click the "Profile" tab at the top of your account.
Click the "My Settings" button in the My Profile menu.
Click the "Update" link in the Preferred Language row.

They don't want to change the language on their paypal account just their NAME.
