Hi. I am having problem in changing my phone number linked with my account. I tried to change but it does not give me the option to chose the country code of Kosova as Kosova is not in the list.

Unfortunately Paypal is not supported or available in Kosova.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
