How to resolve error message: Bad request Your browser sent a query this server could not understand

I can log onto my PayPal Account, but when I try to access my PayPal Credit OR my PayPal M/C - I get the following error message:

 

Bad request

Your browser sent a query this server could not understand.

 

Any idea how to resolve this other than calling the help line?

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! 

 

I can see you are having issues accessing some features on your account, I appreciate this must be concerning. 

 

It sounds like this is an issue with your web browser. I would suggest clearing the cache and cookies on your web browser and/or using an alternative web browser. 

 

If you are using the App, check that there are no App updates pending in your Playstore/Appstore. 

 

Please also ensure you are logging in from a secure device and avoid using any VPNs.
