I am considering taking out an IVA which will include paypal credit In this. I assume PayPal will close my account, but apparently I can open a new one with the same email address. Is this true?
If you owe paypal or paypal credit money then its more than likely they will permanently limit your account stopping you opening another one. But you would have to check for certain via customer services.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
