I do understand your concern regarding changing password on you're PayPal account. Kindly note it's not possible to change your password and security questions via the PayPal app. You can always change them by going to paypal.com. Please refer to this article which will help in changing you're password on your account https://www.paypal.com/us/cshelp/article/how-do-i-change-my-password-and-security-questions-HELP676 or reach out to our customer support team to know what can be done next or to get an understanding of the possible solution to the issue raised. Since you are unable to login into your PayPal account do reach us via phone by selecting the "Call us as Guest" option on our PayPal homepage.
