First post to find out information to help me.
I have been on PayPal for many years now, but never really addressed this issue. I decided I really want to get it resolve for many reason.
Basically I am an English citizen living in Greece. I don't read much Greek or write, and speak basic conversational Greek. My setting states I have chosen English for my preferred language on PayPal. However, sometimes when I click links the following page will have Greek elements or go to a Greek page, which I can't obviously understand.
Also, all emails that come through to me are in Greek.
What I want to know is how can I get it so my entire experience inside PayPal is English based?
I am assuming it's recognising my location or something and making Greek the option, but as I stated not everyone in Greece is fluent in Greek and as I am an English national I would like to have all sensitive information in a language I am completely familiar with.
Can this be done?
