PayPal failed to send SMS to Kazakhstan

Hi!
The problem is that PP decided to check my identity and asked me to confirm everything: my e-mail, my bank card and my phone. I did confirmed both e-mail and a bank card but PP insisted to send a security code text message to me. Ok, I didn't have a choice, but the problem is that it failed to send an SMS to my phone # (despite it succeeded with the same # in 2022).

Failing that it just said "Sorry, we cannot confirmed you identity" on the login page and I cannot even log in to resolution center.

So far it's the worst service I saw in my life.

Couple of other sites/services fail to send SMS messages to Kazakhstan. I think we're under umbrella with Russia here, because of +7 international prefix. No idea why in 2023 big corporations cannot fathom the principle of shared international prefix.

Yes, it looks like this is the issue. Tech support tried to call me today and despite I missed the call there was no problem with the call itself, so the problem is not technical per what I see.
They promised to handle it. Let's see.
