I do understand that you want to know if PayPal is available in China and if one can transfer money to Chinese citizen in PRC. We are glad to inform you that PayPal is available in China. Money can be transferred to a Chinese citizen in the PRC using PayPal, although there may be restrictions on directly sending money to personal PayPal accounts within mainland China.

If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
