Hello all. I'm from Ukraine and I never used PayPal earlier. Yesterday I created an account and after 2 days asked my friend to send me 5$ for dinner(just to test this payment service). Then PayPal asks me to upload my passport. I did this and got banned! It's insane! Please do not reply with voluntary advice. All my friends were trying to use PayPal in Ukraine and got banned. Terrible service
If you don't want voluntary advice then sorry can't help you.
I would certainly help you out here but as everyone gives their help voluntarily and you don't want that help then I suggest you contact customer services.
