Payment received in Recent Activity but not reflected in current balance. Any tips/suggestions?

All of the transactions/purchases are correct under the "Recent Activity" tab; however, there was one item of payment received that was not transferred or accurately displayed on my PayPal balance. After reviewing, there are no incoming payments/requests to review nor any holds or invoices to pay. Not sure why the received payment is not showing on my balance. Any tips/explanations/suggestions for this?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community! I'm sorry to hear that the transactions you've received are not showing as expected in your balance. I'll be happy to help!
There are a few reasons I can think of for there to be less in the balance than may have been accounted for. Is it possible that there is an outgoing payment that was recently made that would have subtracted that amount from the balance? Or a withdrawal? Are you factoring in a received refund that would have transferred back to the payment method instead of your balance? Any of those things might cause there to be less in the balance than the combined amount of received payments.
If you've already checked all those things, I would suggest downloading your Activity Log so you can look at the running balance, and see if there's anything else that happened that you were not originally expecting.
If the problem is still unexplained after that, I would recommend reaching out to Customer Service to ask a representative to go through the transactions with you and get to the bottom of what happened.
