Paypal doesn't allow me to add my address, it says that I only choose Korean address

I am traveling in Korea, I am originally from another country. When I accepted the terms and conditions while applying, it asked me to add my address, whatever I do, it doesn't allow me to add my address, it says that I only choose Korean address, what can I do?

It is pleasant to know that you prefer using PayPal and enjoy it's services. I also understand that you are unable to add the preferred address. Please read this article to know how this can be done. You can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page for any additional help. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a Paypal account registered in the country where you live. You would then need to add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

While travelling internationally, PayPal actually doesn't always guarantee the ability to use your account since it's normally considered a bit higher risk than the usual activity in your account history. Depending on what our security system sees, you may still have limited functionality but it's not uncommon to run into issues while travelling outside your home country.
