Postal Code not going above 4 digit

Hi,

I am trying to add 5 digit Zip (postal) code for US city of CLACKAMAS

However, it tells me invalid postal code when I add [Removed]. But it continues with any 4 digit code.

Can you tell me how I can add correct 5 digit?
