REMOVE button

I want to remove an address but I do not have a REMOVE button.

I do understand that you are facing issue trying to remove address on your PayPal account. Please use a different browser or device and try again at later time. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support during business hours by clicking contact at the bottom of the PayPal homepage or by referring the link www.paypal.com/cshelp/article/help378  to get this resolved.

I appreciate your quick response. 

Unfortunately, I seem to have made matters worse.

1. I use Chrome. I tried logging through Edge and I got a popup asking that I verify my personal information. The 2 addresses of which I want to delete one of, were shown. I cancelled out instead of verifying. When I went to look at my Personal settings, both addresses were gone. I don't know why. I'm wondering if it was my action not to verify the data. Other way, the question now is How Do I add an address? The HELP search said to click on Addresses in my profile. But when go there there, along with email and phone numbers, there was no category for Addresses. Suggestions? Should I use your link to talk to someone?
