Remove an old phone number.

I have 2 Primary numbers and 1 Mobile number. I want to delete (remove) one of the Primary numbers (an old land line). There is no Remove button next to the number I want to remove. Any suggests? Thanks.

Normally only x1 number can be primary so mark landline you want to keep as the primary one and then you should get the option to remove the other one.

Hi well both of my Primary numbers ONLY have Edit options but NOT Remove option.

Thank you for joining the Community and making a post here! I regret the frustration that you're encountering with removing an old phone number. 

If you've already made another number primary and still can't remove the old number, I would suggest contacting Customer Service for assistance. You can reach them via any of the available methods found by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal site.

The only way I've found to do this is to use the Paypal Assistant (online chatbot). You can get to the Assistant through the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page. Reply Remove Phone and you'll be prompted through the process.
