I'm an employee of a small non-profit with a PayPal charity account. I manage the account. Someone else is going to replace me, and when I looked at what had to be changed, I noticed that when I took over this role, I had entered my SSN as well as the Employer ID number (see screenshot). Do you really require a personal SSN in this situation? There does not seem to be a way to remove my SSN, does this mean that my replacement will have to give his/her SSN? We are not the owner of the business, just an employee who manages the PayPal stuff.

I do understand that you have need help removing your SSN from your non-profit PayPal account. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page to get help with your issue. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
