Dear My PayPal account can not login. When I was login alert message that: we are having trouble making sure it's you How to solve? Would you please help Thanks

Make sure you are logging in from a secure location and avoid using any VPNs or Proxy Servers. Try some troubleshooting steps such as clearing the cache and cookies or by using a different browser or device and try again at later time. If the issue persists, contact customer support team.

Thanks for your advice My pp account still can't login in. When I pp account I was selected Singapore country and now I am in Cambodia. Not I use real device on my phone 📱 How do I do to solve this problem as now I can't login to use menu help for support Thanks 🙏

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to close your old Paypal account and open a new Paypal account registered in the country where you now live. You would then need to add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.

Also the option to receive Paypal payments is sadly not available in Cambodia.
You can only send payments for purchases funded by your (confirmed) credit card.

Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer.
There are quite a few countries unable to receive Paypal payments.

I am having the same problem - had this account for over 10 years and now I can not login.

Recieved a email saying that I have to change my password - then I click on the link and then I get this "We are having trouble making sure it's you" I had to open a new account to get on here - and its so hard and impossible to contact anybody at paypal to explain my problem - can anyone help me - or advice me what I can do ?

Good luck guys you are stuck in this limbo hell for eternity. Nobody will listen and you'll just need to deal with it.

It's terrible - I am a pensioner and I use paypal to send gifts to my family for their birthdays- as they stay in a different country.

Now I can not login to the account I have been using for over 10 years - and there is no one that can help me- I find this very stressful.

They do not know- that I have been through a heart attack and a treble bypass and they treat me like this - they should be ashamed of themselves.
