hello, i was wondering if theres any way to appeal to paypal after getting your account permanently limited. i got an email a few months ago that a paypal account was made without my knowledge and i find out that a relative used my email to make an account. now they got it permanently restricted and i don’t know what to do since i now need a paypal account and i cant use the one registered to my email 😞
You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.
They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
