cant change language to English for account?

Am I the only one having the issue of having my account language set to Spanish and not being able to change it back to English even in my account settings?

English isn't even an option when I try to change on the account settings page?

On the log in page under your password is there a Spanish/English option you can click to change?

If not have you tried clearing your history/cache and then trying again?
