PayPal does not provide information on sending/receiving limits on it’s website except that there are limits for unverified accounts. You’ll have to log on and check your account individually for any notifications (bell icon) or any restrictions that may apply to your account or to complete your profile to lift limits. PayPal will also alert you if you are approaching a limit and how to lift it.

How do I verify my PayPal account?
