this problem is frustrating as there is money on my account i would like to be able to access. they want me to verify a credit card that belongs to an account that i closed over a year ago. i have tried calling the credit card company to see if they could give me the number to my old card, and they were unable to do so. i have given paypal all the other documents they asked for to lift my limitations. support has been no help, there seems to be no way around this. has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve it?
