my business is not registered, bot, human support

I changed the information about my online store to a new one and connected it to PayPal checkout. As per PayPal request to fill my new business registration documents, I couldn't do that as my new business is not registered and I won't be able to register it. The email had asked to inform PayPal if my business is not registered through support email. Because there is only a message center with a bot answering questions, I couldn't reach the support team. Now how I can reach the human support team?

I do understand that you have a query regarding reacting out to our support team. You can connect to our Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account.

I'm inside my account and tried to contact the support team, but again, it took me to the help page then the rest is the same as I mentioned in my question. The only option zI have is the "message center" which is regulated by a bot.
