payment problems, login problems

If I want to order something with Paypal from a random online site and then pay for that product, Paypal won't let me log in. In other words, I get to the “checkout” and then the page reloads and I have to log in again. This goes on all the time on google, but with another internet browser like Samsung's it works completely normally. Lg

I'd first recommend reviewing the troubleshooting steps on your end by changing your browser or clearing your cache and cookies. It would be great if you used a laptop or a desktop to perform this action after 24–48 hours.
