I failed to verify my identity with a camera picture of my front state ID and back that wasn't zoomed in it was on a desk background.
I had to wait 30 days
until 17th of may.
I resubmitted my state id this time front only, and had the image zoomed in and cropped perfectly around the edges.
no flare no blur and no light reflection.
10 days I get email stating they can't veirfy my identity.
I have been with paypal for over 11 years.
I just never got around to using savings up until recently.
I decided to try and get started ,I figured I should be able to use it.,
my paypal account is Standard.
I am American Born within the U.S.
So now What is the problem???????????????????
it is starting to **bleep** me off.
