Buyer sent me $500 via Goods and Services - there is no item description, am I still protected?

Should i refund his payment and send him an invoice with the goods clearly listed?

I understand your concern regarding the payment received. Until and unless you receive the payments and are shown on your account, the payment should be protected as the payment is received as goods and services.
