I have items I sale all the time on Craigslist and have done a few out of state before and all went well but 1 once. I am curious to if the seller offers to pay using paypal right now to ship an item they need or want. If the payment is posted but in hold till it arrives "Am I covered by paypal transactions safety if they end up not releasing funds or if it's from a bad account etc and I never get my money ? PS. I never sell out side the country I always view them as scams. There has been some good buyers in other states though.
