I sold some shoes to a buyer who was interested in them. He bought the shoes even though they ranged in size, a size 5 shoe and a size 11 shoe. I asked him beforehand if he meant to purchase both the products and he stated himself that he wanted both the shoes. I proceeded to ship the shoes out next day and provide the tracking numbers within PayPal. He then the next day filed a dispute saying there was an unauthorized transaction and he didn't mean to purchase one of the shoes. From the seller perspective, this looks like someone trying to ease their way out of paying for limited shoes. PayPal has been one to never answer my support calls and I never know who to go to. After this dispute is over I'm wanting to end my PayPal experience just because I've had such a rough time with little to no help ever from this company.

An unauthorised transaction means that an account holders Paypal account was hacked and used without their consent by your ?buyer.
If Paypal check IP addresses etc and find in favour of the account holder then of course they are reimbursed....however if they did make the transaction then it should be closed in your favour.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
