Hi all, I’m an eBay seller. I sent something via my Hermes, which never arrived. I’ve exhausted attempts to get compensation though Hermes. So I opened a PayPal dispute. PayPal found in the favour of Hermes based of evidence I never got to see. I completely baffled as my Hermes tracking still fails to show delivery. And there’s no appeal button option on the resolution case? Do I have any options? At this point I’m Inclined never to use PayPal or genes again. Thanks,
