Does anyone know how to lookup who a merchant is by name ? I have a charge from SILVIA934Z on my CC from this merchant from PayPal and I have no idea who it is and if its something i bought or not.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
