Hello,
I recently sold a $1300 item and the buyer claims as not described "Which is not true", Paypal favored the buyer with almost no investigation. So far, I'm ok. Now, PayPal refunded the money to the buyer and my item is still with the buyer. Paypal doesn't want to force the buyer to return the item even on my expense "I'll pay for shipping" . What I should do?
This is really nonsense! At least the item should be returned, this is a $1300 item
Please help,
Thanks
