Hello,
I have a question, I'm from Malaysia (Seller). Someone from Germany (Buyer) would like to purchase an item from me, the total cost is $1,200.00.
The buyer will pay via PayPal under Goods & Services and I will ship the item with FedEx or DHL with tracking number. Now here is the thing, I have had bad experience previously, the buyer claimed for refunds or item not as described. Is there any way to safe guard myself here? I somehow feel the PayPal seller protection doesn't actually side the sellers. Can some experts with experience share how they handle these sort of issue?
