I sold an item on eBay. This was posted after I received payment through PayPal. Ten days later this parcel was still not delivered. The funds which were on hold have disappeared from my PayPal account. I’ve got to raise a claim with Royal Mail. The guy obviously wants his money back, but it’s not there to refund. What’s the appropriate plan of action?
