Card reader declining every card

Hi,

I hope someone can help, I use PayPal Here and a paypal card reader to take payments for my business, from about 4pm today it started to decline every card, now these cards are valid and the customers confirmed that they did have the funds.

I have tried 2 card readers, I have also done a factory reset and updated the firmware but it instantly declines all card - contactless or pin transactions.

It doesn't say why, it just declines and cancels the transaction.

Hi All I had the same concerns and I have tried 2 new card readers exactly the same errors All transactions fail when card pin entered. Master reset all readers and updated (same) It works some times at home on WiFi but never outside on 3G/4G Contacted PayPal 3 times absolutely no help Just told me to purchase a zettle Has any body got a working repair that works. It’s doing my head in It’s embarrassing.
