Developed my website with php, integrated with paypal. All paypal functionality work except for credit card payments.
When a customer doesn't have a paypal account they chose to pay by credit card. Everything looks to process normally, no error messages and the customer is redirected back to our "successful payment" webpage. The issue is that no payment was actually processed. The customer's bank account and our paypal account see no charges.
