A while ago, when i clicked on "Donate using a credit or debit card" i could do a donation just with the card without requiring PayPal account (PayPal was optional). Now, it require users to create an account with password and other info.
I mention that i do have the setting "PayPal account optional" enabled on my business account. So, what is the problem?
