I am director of a 501(c)3 non-profit. We created a GoFundMe account, and have started raising money. Because we are a certified charity, we could only receive our money through a PayPal Giving Fund. The money has been sitting there, and fees have been subtracted. Why hasn't the money been moved into the PayPal Giving account, or why do I not have the ability to transfer the money?
