Issue with Middle East Payments on Wordpress/Woocommerce

Hi all, 

We're having an issue getting payments to UAE, Saudi and Kuwait to work with Wordpress and Woocommerce. When you go to the checkout it just throws an error when you select PayPal as the payment for those countries. 

We're getting this error: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/shoppingcart/error?flowlogging_id=517af38620614&code=BAD_INPUT_ERROR&...

Does anyone know why this might be? And maybe have a fix?
