Newbie needs to maintain old hosted_button content

Logging in at the Paypal site, the doc on the site says to go to Tools > Paypal Buttons but I don't see anything related to buttons under Developer > Tools.  I don't see anything related to buttons under any of the Developer menu items.  Digging down into docs I see nothing relating to how to work with
