I have created a website using GoDaddy's plaform. I used the paypal commerce platform and it is not accepting Credit cards and debit cards. I tested payments going thru the paypal site and the order was placed. If someone wants to input their card info ,and process payment, it shows "We're unable to process your payment at this time. Please try again later."
