We're a charity and we've received a significant amount of donations over the last two months, I want to run a report so I can see which donations are/aren't eligble for Gift Aid so I can work out how much additional income we will receive.

If it doesn't work initially, try setting up a PayPal Giving account too. However, this gives me monthly CSV files of those that tick the gift-aid box.
Login to Paypal Account. Go to "App Centre" and then in "Streamlined Operations" there's an app called "Gift Aid" It gives you a monthly report of donors who've opted in to the gift aid declaration.
