Been using Virtual terminal for our business, Visa and Mastercard work fine, a customer tried to use his Amex card, would not accept it, how can I add Amex as an accepted form of payment to my virtual terminal account? I was able to just send him an invoice for payment, but in the future I need this other option.
Hi @Caldo15 did you find a solution. I can't get any response from support and am desperately trying to find a way to get paid with customers who all want to use AMEX at the moment
I got a credit card chip reader from paypal for the paypal here app, AMEX works with it, but sometimes AMEX is a pain because it has a lot of fraud protections
