I have been using the card reader with no problem for several months . Now when I try taking a card payment the card reader pairs with Phone when I open the app and says connected to card reader I can enter the amount and the card reader displays the amount and says ready to take payment when I press charge. when the card is inserted the card reader reads the card and goes onto the enter pin message .the phone app gets stuck on the processing card message as if the connection has dropped . then the transaction fails . I have tried restarting both the phone and the card reader . But the problem persists . Any ideas what could cause this , thanks in advance for any help
