smart buttons don't work, broken images icon instead of Buy buttons

I am adding buttons to our simple wordpress website.  the old buttons work just fine.  the new smart buttons don't.

small business, no coding expertise nor paid developer help.

no ecommerce integration

we sell our one product, award winning documentary films we have made, and need only a simple button.
