Hi I am having trouble figuring this out, I am trying to change hosts and cart solutions and my last shopping cart was setup by a developer, so I am not sure if that is part of the problem. I am trying to get API permission for my new cart but the instructions my host gave me don't seem to follow the site. Can someone give me a bit of direction?? I do have website payments pro business account. cant find my selling tools or API Access option but do have request API credentials.

Log into your PayPal account.
Click My Account Tab.
Click on the Profile Tab (on the right).
Under the My Selling Tools option, you should API Access option (if you do not see it then your account is not Premier or Business).
