Why can't life be easy. It is so confusing as to how you insert a discount promo code on your site. I see the code, but how do you set it up, the actual information.
Isn't there a step by step procedure for us that are not so good with computers. HELP
This functionality is unfortunately not available at present.
The "discount code" functionality you're seeing on the checkout pages refers to another type of discount code, issued by eBay/PayPal itself.
If you wish to set up discount codes for your customers, you'd need to set this up within your own website and process the discount code before sending the buyer on to PayPal.
