How do I implement enhanced recurring payments if I am using Website Payments Standard?

According to this link https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/Marketing/merchant/ERPOverview Website Payments Standard allows recurring billing with variable amounts.

This is how the website describes it:

"Automatic Billing

Automatically charge a customer's credit card or PayPal account on a monthly basis up to a limit set by your customer. Use it for consumption-based billing where amounts vary from month to month."

Unfortunately I cannot find a document that describes how to implement enhanced recurring payments (with variable amounts) using Website Payments Standard.

Please help.

Welcome to the Boards!

Once you sign up for Enhanced Recurring Payments you would go to the button factory in your PayPal account and create a subscription button, automatic billing or installment button and add additional variables in step three. You can find additional information on the PayPal Developer Forum in regards to adding variables toyour buttons.           I hope this will help!
