I've been going through each step in the Subscription Button creation with PayPal-managed Password generation. So far everything's been fairly straight forward (though there's a LOT of reading to do). Then I get to the part where I need to unzip a file "paypal.tar.gz". It doesn't matter what program I use, it always says there's 0 files in it.
Supposedly, there's supposed to be 2 files: paypal.pl and README. I cannot see either one.
