After installing the Payment Request Wizard in QuickBooks Pro the program takes 2.5 minutes to close and over a minute to open. If I remove the Payment Request Wizard from QuickBooks it will open in less than 15 seconds and close in less then 15 seconds. All other functions in QuickBooks and sending a request for money are working. This has been going on for a while and QuickBooks support does not have an answer. This has happen on the following versions of QuickBooks Pro 2010 R6 and QuickBooks Pro 2009. I have tried this on a windows XP SP3, Vista 32 bit, and Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit system. Thanks for any help that can be given.
