Paypal Virtual Terminal for iPhone or other mobile platforms?

Does Paypal have plans to come up with an app that will give us functionality of Virtual Terminal on mobile phones?

I realize that I can use the browser on my phone to go right to the Paypal website and use Virtual Terminal there.  However, this is very cumbersome and slow.

When I'm making a transaction and I have a customer waiting on me, and there's another waiting behind that customer, using the browser is way to slow.

Any plans for an app with large buttons, and user friendly on the iPhone?  I have looked into Square Up, and it looks promising, but I would prefer to not have numerous accounts for accepting credit cards on the go.  Paypal really needs to have a mobile phone app to keep up with what's happening out there.

I don't know about iphone, but for my adroid phone, I have an app called wcharge that I can use to process cards on the go. I am hoping they come up with something like square has in terms of the card swiper though as it is cumbersome to process cards on a phone. Like you, I'd rather not use paypal and square, especially since I don't do card present transactions often (right now just at shows 2-3 times a year).
